CRM Tools

In order to get the very best out of the features of SingCRM there are also added tools to further enhance your experience and ensure nothing ever gets missed -

Reports

- In this section you can place which reports you need access to regularly in your favourite's, choose from -

  • Total revenue per customer - see which of your customers has paid you the most to date, this can help when planning promotions and events, give that little extra to repeat customers and they will recognise that they are valued.
  • Total outstanding payments per customer - see who is not paying you on time and make informed decisions based on this.
  • Holidays for employees by date range - see who is on holiday and when, plan for months which have a lot of holidays booked and arrange suitable cover for projects. Using this tool will ensure that you never have too many employees on holiday at any one time leaving the business short staffed.
  • Employees sorted by department - see who works where instantly.

Tasks

See all tasks sorted by date range so you know how much work your business has at any one time.

User with the most outstanding tasks - is someone struggling and not telling you? Use this feature to make sure that no employee is snowed under with tasks which can lead to poor quality work and missed deadlines.

Quotes

See how many quotes you have on your system and use them to create new business leads, generating more revenue for your business.

% conversion rates for quotes - does your business convert 10% or 80% of quotes into jobs? If you don't know this you really should, use this feature to your advantage and find out where you are losing custom when quoting.

Number of invoices paid and outstanding - this feature enables you to quickly view the invoices that are on your system allowing you to project figures for the coming months and chase up any invoices that have been outstanding for some time.

Document Storage

Document storage is one area that lets many businesses down with misplaced paperwork and forgotten files. Make this a thing of the past with SingCRM's document storage feature which allows you to -

  • Create new documents, name them, give them headers and footers and even set access to public or private.
  • Upload documents that already exist from your computer and attach them to customer accounts or projects.
  • Search for documents by name - this allows anyone access to documents that have been uploaded.

Recycle Bin

Everyone makes mistakes from time to time and with the recycle bin feature you will have the added projection of deleted documents being held there. So don't worry, even if you think you have deleted a vital customer account you will be able to retrieve it from the recycle bin - panic over! Deleted information can be found under one of the following categories -

  • My address book
  • Finance
  • Tasks
  • Meetings and dates
  • Important information
  • Documents

Once you have found your deleted item simply click on it to restore it to its previous place in no time, then continue with your work as normal knowing that you have all information where it should be.

Important Information

All businesses work better when important information is stored and used correctly. In the important information section you can create categories and add new information, set deadlines, alerts (which can be a one off date, weekly, monthly or annually and alert you via text, pop-up or email) and set access between private and public. So if you have something that all staff need to know about or be reminded of every week set an email alert in the important information section.

Alerts

Using SingCRM's alerts feature increases productivity and reduces overdue invoices and missed payments from customers. Set alerts for -

  • Meetings - set your alert for 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 day, 2 days or three days before the meeting and be alerted via email, text or pop-ups - or all three!
  • Tasks - these can also be set for 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 day, 2 days or three days before an approaching deadline to make sure that you are right on track every time.
  • Quotes -set your alert for 1 - 60 days before the quote expires and once again be reminded via email, text, pop-ups or all three.
  • Invoices - set your alert for 1-60 days after the invoiced date and be reminded by email, text, pop-ups or all three.
  • Use alerts and see your bottom line improve as you tighten up on procedures and chase up outstanding payments faster and with greater efficiency.
